After being granted our Civil Ceremony Licence this year, we are delighted to announce that Sarah Edwards and Kevin Isbister were the first couple to have a civil marriage ceremony at Carr Hall Castle.

Chief Registrar John Jackson from Calderdale Registry Office welcomed guests to our stunning Watermill Suite to mark the historic occasion.

It was a beautiful and memorable day, one we will never forget . Sarah and Kevin are a wonderful couple and we are very proud to have shared this special day with them and their families.
